You must read and understand the following rules:

By submission of you or your child's photos and/or written articles, you agree that you own all rights to each submitted photo and/or written article and have the full right and permission to enter the photo(s) which may or may not appear in any way of any of the following:
In a publicly distributed online and/or print Magazine, on contest website(s), Facebook and for any/all other promotional advertisements.
You further agree that by submission of minor Child's photos you do hereby give your authorized permission for the submitted photos to appear in Beverly Hills Child Magazine in mediums of online, print, internet, and/or purposes of advertising or promotions, for Beverly Hills Child Magazine, and their associates, as Photographers, Writers, and/or Promoters.
Contest producers reserve the right to deny entry of any photo deemed inappropriate, or otherwise. We do not accept photos with watermarks/logos on them from Boutiques, Photographers, or any other businesses. We are happy to promote their/your company on our website and/or Facebook page. Please contact ad@BeverlyHillsChild.com for more information on this promotion.
You further agree that by submission of minor Child's photos you do hereby give your authorized permission for the submitted photos to be tagged on facebook by the parent submitting the photo, if you remove the 'tag' we will remove your photo with the assumption that the tagged photo was not your child. If you do not agree to the rules, please refrain from submitting your photos.
The contest is open to Parents of all children (boys and girls) ages 0-17 years, and there is an entry fee of $10.00 for the first photo, ($15.00 for two, $20.00 for three, etc., or $35.00 for up to 10) you are allowed up to 10 entries. You (parent/legal guardian) must be 18 years of age to enter your child in the contest.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to Beverly Hills Child Magazine and not to Facebook. The information provided will only be used for advertising, and promotional purposes in publicly distributed online and/or print Magazine,
on contest website(s), Facebook, and for any/all other promotional advertisements associated with Beverly Hills Child Magazine.
Please allow 24 hours for posting of your photos. If you send multiple photos, they may be distributed at different times throughout the day/days. Contest ends at midnight Pacific time on the date chosen of each contest (unless otherwise stated)
All of our contests are JUDGED, unless otherwise stated.
It is the sole responsibility of the winner (parent/guardian) to submit to us, the child's name, mailing address, and T-shirt size, within 48 hours of the facebook post of the win. Please be reminded that we may not have a particular color, or size in stock, and we reserve the right to substitute a size or item, which may be a Beverly Hills Child Model Tote bag in the absence of the T-shirt. We sincerely apologize if this is the case, but we can not guarantee availability.
Contests are judged by a panel of judges who do the voting, we ask our judges, that if anyone has a child in our contest, or if they know of anyone in the contest, or if they feel that they can not choose fairly, to please remove their names as a judge. They then send us a vote, we tally up the totals....and you are IN or you are OUT!

*Contest for Beverly Hills Child Magazine is based on a minimum requirement of 20 contestants, if contest is canceled, all submitted fees will be returned to each entrant. Submission of your photo does not guarantee a spot in our contest, nor does it guarantee a cover photo, or a photo in our magazine. Management, and editors reserve the right to choose the photos posted in our contest, and/or or magazine, or website, or facebook page. Beverly Hills Child Magazine reserves the right to cancel, change, or alter the contest at any time throughout the process without prior notice.
